Cancellation policy

No subscription starts in the demo
There is no active membership to cancel from this website. Closing the page ends the local demo session. The following terms describe the planned annual subscription.
During the 1-hour trial
Cancel before the confirmed trial end time to avoid the first annual charge. The future enrollment flow must show the exact trial end time and annual amount before purchase confirmation. The free browser demo does not start this clock.
After enrollment
Cancellation immediately ends membership and stops future renewals. It does not wait until the end of the paid year. Cancellation alone does not request or automatically grant a refund. For a full refund within 30 days of payment, follow the refund policy.
How to request help
Contact support@flywheeleffect.net with “Dearframe cancellation”, your order email and receipt or subscription reference. Ask for confirmation of cancellation. No self-service subscription management is currently available; a working cancellation path must be provided before paid enrollment opens. Do not send passwords or full card numbers.
